Where is the plush being shipped from?

From East Coast, USA.

Is international shipping available?

Yes, international shipping is available to any countries accepting packages from the US! If I can't ship to you, I will contact you to refund/cancel it.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Items will not be labeled as gifts to lower VAT price.

How long do preorders run for?

Preorders will run for 2 weeks, from January 26th to February 9th, closing at 4PM EST. 

Will MiniVaa/MiniWoo be restocked in the future?

There'll be aftersales for extra stock plushies, but I have no current plans to rerun them again!

Will there be more plushies in the future?

After Mini Vash, I intend to sell any overstock and then hold off on plushies to work on other things. I'd love to do a Milly, Meryl and Knives plush one day, but there are other projects I'd like to pursue first! 

Can I get a refund?

FULL Refunds are only available during the preorder period. Refunds for defective / damaged / missing item can only be processed with unboxing video/photo evidence. If there are any other issues, talk to me directly and we can work together to come to a good solution!

If a refund is approved, you will be notified. Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed, be aware it may differ from every bank / credit card company.
